4 Simple Steps:
Step 1 - Fill out our design questionnaire, in which will receive our Investment Guide where we go into detail on our process.
Step 2 - Enjoy a complimentary 30-min virtual exploratory chat with us to discuss your ideas.
Step 3 - Schedule an in-home design strategy session where we’ll dive deeper into your goals and vision while getting to know you better!
Step 4 - At this stage, we’ll present our detailed proposal and contract to get things rolling and begin the Design phase of the project.

Design Development
Concept Development: We start by deep diving into your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs. This helps us craft a personalized design vision that truly reflects you.
Design Documentation: Next, we turn that vision into detailed plans, elevations, and specifications. You’ll receive floor plans, 3D renderings, and photorealistic images that guide the entire construction and design process.

Construction Administration
During this phase, we work closely with your building team and contractors to ensure the design is executed flawlessly. We’ll be your main point of contact, so you won’t have to juggle all the back-and-forth communication if you prefer!

Sourcing & Execution
While construction is underway, we’ll curate and purchase all the furniture, accents, finishes, and decor. But it isn’t just shopping! Our procurement process includes tracking, receiving, inspecting, and addressing any defects—taking all the hassle off your plate.

Delivery & Install
Now comes the exciting part—seeing it all come together! Installation can take place in just one day or over several days depending on the scope of the project. We’ll oversee the delivery of furniture and the setup of accents like rugs, window treatments, art, and decor. Plus, we’ll tidy up and keep your neighbors informed about any large trucks stopping by.
Pricing
At Elle Design Haus, our pricing is straightforward and based on an hourly fee for the design and execution of your project. Our proposals outline the full scope of work from the start, helping you stay on budget throughout the process. We do not markup any items for procurement, so you will never pay higher than retail price.
